How Can I Delete My Fuzz Battle Account?

We strongly encourage you to delete your Fuzz Battle account and data using the “Delete Account” option available in the game. While you can also submit a deletion request using e-mail, the team will require you to gather some information from the game manually.

Deleting Your Account From the App

To request a deletion via the app:

1. Open the Fuzz Battle app.
2. From the main menu, tap the cog icon on the right of the menu bar to open the Settings menu.
3. Tap the "Delete Account" button.
4. Confirm the deletion by tapping the “Delete” button.
5. After a short delay, the deletion will be confirmed.
6. Quit the app when prompted.
7. Uninstall the app.
8. Your account and data are now deleted.

Deleting Your Account or Data From Outside the App

We strongly recommend using the method above to delete your account. However, if this isn't possible, you can contact our team directly via email, but be aware that you will need to gather some information from the game in order to identify your account and fully delete your data.

To request a deletion via e-mail:

1. Open the Fuzz Battle app.
2. From the main menu, tap the cog icon on the right of the menu bar to open the Settings menu.
3. Locate the “ACCOUNT ID” entry and tap the “Tap to show” text next to it.
4. Click the following link: Delete Data Request
5. Replace the XXXXXX text with the Account ID you noted down earlier.
6. Send the email.
